Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns from ideation to execution and analysis.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing results against goals (ROI and KPIs) and providing actionable insights for continuous optimization.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits to identify opportunities for improving organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Manage and maintain the organization’s website(s), ensuring content is up-to-date, optimized for search engines, and provides an excellent, user-friendly experience.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across key channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, aligning with brand voice and strategic goals.
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end email marketing strategy, including list segmentation, A/B testing, automation workflows, and performance analysis to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Create, curate, and manage the publication of engaging content (including blog posts, images, and videos) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and various social media platforms, managing budgets and bids to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and product development, to create cohesive landing pages and optimize the user conversion funnel.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activity, market trends, and industry best practices to identify new opportunities and ensure a competitive edge.
  • Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, campaign results, and data-driven recommendations for future strategies.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

Secondary Functions

  • Assist in the formulation of long-term strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Coordinate online events, such as webinars and live streams, from promotion and registration to execution and post-event follow-up.

  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to support marketing initiatives when necessary.
  • Contribute to the development of the overall marketing budget and ensure digital campaigns are delivered within scope and budget.

Required Skills & Competencies

Hard Skills (Technical)

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Proficient in using tools like Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz for keyword research, campaign management, and performance tracking.
  • Web Analytics: Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
  • Email Marketing Platforms: Hands-on experience with platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar, including automation, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Social Media Management Tools: Skilled in using native platform tools (Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and third-party software like Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
  • Content Management Systems (CMS): Demonstrable experience with CMS platforms, particularly WordPress, for content updates and site management.
