Primary Functions

- Lead client workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements, build consensus, and effectively communicate complex technical and strategic recommendations to executive-level audiences.
- Analyze the impact of EV charging on the electrical grid, developing strategies for smart charging, demand response, and vehicle-to-grid (V2G/V2X) integration.
- Formulate business cases and innovative business models for EV charging services, including public charging networks, workplace charging, and fleet-as-a-service offerings.
- Stay abreast of and interpret the evolving landscape of government policies, tax incentives, and environmental regulations (e.g., ZEV mandates, IRA credits) to guide client strategy.
