Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop and implement comprehensive game strategies and tactical plans tailored to our team's playstyle and the evolving competitive meta.
- Conduct in-depth VOD (Video on Demand) reviews of team matches and competitor gameplay to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for exploitation.
- Design and lead structured, high-intensity practice sessions and scrims that simulate tournament conditions and focus on specific strategic objectives.
- Provide individualized coaching and mentorship to each player, focusing on improving mechanical skill, game sense, and decision-making under pressure.
- Create detailed scouting reports on upcoming opponents, breaking down their strategies, player tendencies, and map or composition preferences.

- Act as the primary strategic voice during official matches, providing clear, concise, and decisive communication to guide the team.
- Manage the team's daily and weekly schedule, including scrims, individual practice, VOD reviews, and physical/mental wellness activities.
- Collaborate with sports psychologists and performance staff to address issues of tilt, burnout, and performance anxiety, ensuring players' mental fortitude.
- Analyze advanced gameplay statistics and performance metrics to provide data-driven feedback and track individual and team progress over time.
