Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Design, plan, and implement a developmentally appropriate, emergent curriculum that aligns with early learning standards and the center's educational philosophy.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment that encourages children's curiosity, exploration, and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct regular observations and assessments of each child's development using formal and informal tools to track progress and inform lesson planning.

- Prepare detailed and engaging lesson plans on a weekly or bi-weekly basis that outline learning objectives, activities, and required materials.
- Document children's learning and experiences through portfolios, photographs, and anecdotal notes to share with families and for assessment purposes.

Education & Experience
Educational Background
Minimum Education:
