Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Conduct comprehensive, end-to-end analysis of existing business processes, workflows, and systems to pinpoint bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for significant operational improvement.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and post-implementation reviews, to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Monitor the performance of newly implemented solutions, quantifying their impact on efficiency, cost savings, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and impactful presentations to senior management and key stakeholders, communicating findings and recommending strategic actions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on process improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile, providing guidance and coaching to team members.
