Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Direct and comprehensively manage all on-site electrical construction activities, from initial mobilization and site setup to final punch-list and demobilization, ensuring project milestones are met on schedule and within budget.
Champion and enforce a world-class safety culture, conducting daily safety briefings (JHA/JSA), regular site inspections, and ensuring all personnel strictly adhere to OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company-specific safety protocols.
Interpret complex electrical blueprints, single-line diagrams, P&IDs, and technical specifications to plan ઉત્પાદન and sequence work, proactively identifying and resolving potential design conflicts or constructability issues.

Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the General Contractor, client representatives, and other trade superintendents, facilitating seamless coordination and fostering positive working relationships.

Required Skills & Competencies

Hard Skills (Technical)

Expert-level knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and relevant local amendments.
High proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, one-line diagrams, and control system drawings.
Deep understanding of electrical theory, including high, medium, and low-voltage power distribution systems.
Strong knowledge of NFPA 70E standards for electrical safety in the workplace.
Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud).

Education & Experience

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or GED. Completion of a certified electrical apprenticeship program and/or a valid Journeyman or Master Electrician's license.

Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
