Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Lead and manage multiple elevator modernization projects on-site, overseeing scope delivery including hoistway corrections, replacement of controllers, motors, governors, cars, doors, and phone systems while ensuring adherence to project schedules and milestones.

- Oversee temporary protections, hoarding, dust control, and jobsite cleanliness to protect building finishes and maintain a professional work environment during modernization.
- Create, assign, and drive completion of detailed punch lists, coordinate final inspections with inspectors and third-party testers, and verify corrective actions before final acceptance.
- Administer change orders and field change documentation: collect field validation, prepare justification, document cost and schedule impacts, and submit for approval through project controls.
- Train and cross-train field staff on new equipment, control logic changes, safety protocols, and emerging modernization technologies to build technical depth and reduce rework.
- Ensure readiness for emergency situations: maintain on-call coverage for critical failures during modernization, develop contingency work plans for critical path items, and coordinate emergency response with building management.
- Champion quality assurance and continuous improvement by conducting site audits, root cause analysis of field issues, documenting lessons-learned, and implementing process enhancements across modernization programs.

Minimum Education:
