Primary Functions

- Implement and enforce safety and accountability protocols for responders and staff on-scene and in the EOC, including PPE requirements, medical monitoring and incident safety briefings.
- Establish and maintain incident documentation and records management (ICS forms, after-action reports, resource logs, situation reports) to support reimbursement, legal, and continuous improvement processes.
- Provide field liaison support to public and private sector partners during incidents, translating tactical conditions into operational requests and coordinating timely solutions for critical infrastructure and lifeline restoration.
