Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive, multi-faceted corporate wellness program that addresses all pillars of well-being, including physical fitness, mental health, nutrition, stress management, and financial literacy.
- Conduct confidential one-on-one coaching sessions with employees, utilizing motivational interviewing and evidence-based techniques to help them identify health goals, overcome barriers, and create sustainable lifestyle changes.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive workshops, webinars, and group coaching sessions on a variety of wellness topics such as mindfulness, resilience, ergonomic health, healthy eating, and work-life integration.
- Develop and execute company-wide wellness challenges, campaigns, and events (e.g., step challenges, meditation series, health fairs) to drive engagement and foster a sense of community and shared purpose.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all employee wellness inquiries, providing empathetic guidance and connecting employees to relevant resources, including the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and other company benefits.
- Create and curate compelling, accessible wellness content for various internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet portals, and social platforms, to educate and inspire employees.
- Collaborate strategically with HR, leadership, and benefits teams to ensure wellness initiatives are aligned with broader business objectives and integrated seamlessly into the employee experience.
- Analyze data from health risk assessments, employee surveys, and program participation to measure the impact and ROI of wellness initiatives, identify population health trends, and refine program strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external wellness vendors, carriers, and community partners to provide high-quality, diverse resources and services to our employees.
- Act as a visible and passionate champion for a culture of health and well-being, actively promoting initiatives and encouraging participation at all levels of the organization.
- Customize wellness interventions and communication to meet the unique needs of a diverse and distributed workforce, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all employees.
- Conduct biometric screenings and health risk assessments, professionally interpreting results for employees and providing personalized, actionable feedback for health improvement.
Secondary Functions
- Support ad-hoc data requests and exploratory data analysis to uncover insights related to employee well-being, burnout, and engagement.
- Contribute to the organization's broader People & Culture strategy and roadmap by providing a wellness-focused perspective.
- Collaborate with business units to translate departmental wellness needs into actionable, tailored engineering and program requirements.
- Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies if working within an integrated HR tech or project management framework.

- Assist in the development and management of the annual wellness budget, tracking expenditures and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Provide guidance and support for departmental "Wellness Champions" or ambassadors, empowering them to drive engagement within their local teams.
- Partner with the facilities and safety teams to assess the work environment for physical and psychological safety, recommending improvements that support employee well-being.
- Maintain meticulous, confidential records of coaching interactions and program data in compliance with privacy standards like HIPAA.
Required Skills & Competencies
Hard Skills (Technical)
- Health Coaching Certification: Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), or similar accredited certification is strongly preferred.
- Program Management: Proven ability to design, manage, and evaluate multi-faceted programs from conception to completion.
- Public Speaking & Facilitation: Expertise in leading engaging presentations, workshops, and training sessions for diverse audiences.
- Content Creation: Skill in developing clear, compelling educational materials across various formats (written, digital, video).

Educational Background
Minimum Education:
