Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Design and implement comprehensive, engaging, and customized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs, proficiency levels, and specific learning objectives (e.g., conversational fluency, business English, academic writing).
- Conduct dynamic one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions, both online and in-person, focusing on all four key language skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

- Prepare students for major standardized English proficiency tests, including TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, and Cambridge English exams, by teaching effective test-taking strategies and working through practice materials.
- Meticulously monitor, track, and document student progress, attendance, and performance, delivering regular, clear progress reports to students, parents, or academic advisors.
- Adapt teaching methodologies and instructional materials dynamically to meet the evolving needs, cultural backgrounds, and diverse goals of each learner.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and motivating learning atmosphere where students feel secure and comfortable practicing the language, making mistakes, and asking questions.
- Provide targeted assistance with homework, class projects, and exam preparation for English-language subjects, ensuring students gain a thorough understanding of the core material.

- Manage all session logistics, including scheduling, timely communication, resource preparation, and maintaining a professional and organized learning space.
