Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Analyze, document, and model complex end-to-end business processes, identifying key areas for simplification, automation, and technological improvement.
- Lead stakeholder engagement by facilitating workshops, interviews, and design sessions to elicit, validate, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
- Translate abstract business needs into precise functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and system design documents for development teams.
- Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional business units and IT development teams, ensuring clear communication and a shared understanding of solution goals.
- Perform hands-on configuration and customization of enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HCM) to align with defined business requirements and best practices.

- Conduct thorough gap analysis between existing system capabilities and future-state business requirements, defining the roadmap for system enhancements and process transformation.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for core enterprise systems, providing expert guidance, insight, and second-level support to business users and IT staff.
- Manage the lifecycle of change requests and system enhancements, from initial intake and impact analysis through to prioritization, implementation, and deployment.
- Create and maintain a repository of comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, data dictionaries, process maps, and end-user training materials.
- Evaluate and recommend new software, modules, or third-party integrations that align with the business strategy and can enhance the enterprise application ecosystem.
- Partner closely with Project Managers to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines, and to identify and mitigate potential risks and dependencies.
- Develop and deliver targeted training programs and workshops to drive high levels of user adoption and proficiency with new systems and processes.
- Ensure all proposed and implemented solutions adhere to corporate IT architecture standards, data governance policies, and security protocols.
- Provide expert support during data migration and conversion projects, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and post-go-live reconciliation.
- Investigate, diagnose, and coordinate the resolution of complex application issues, serving as an escalation point for the IT support desk.
