Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Act as the primary master of ceremonies (MC) for a wide variety of live and pre-recorded events, including but not limited to, game shows, themed parties, sporting events, and stage productions.
- Conceptualize, script, and execute engaging on-stage segments, interactive games, and crowd-participation activities tailored to diverse, multi-generational audiences.

- Operate and utilize teleprompters, in-ear monitors (IFB), and other broadcast equipment with proficiency during live and recorded productions.
- Collaborate with producers, directors, and the creative team to develop compelling content, rundowns, and show concepts from ideation to final execution.
- Maintain a high-energy, positive, and professional presence at all times, effortlessly managing unexpected delays, technical issues, or changes in the program.
