Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Develop and articulate the company's overarching vision, mission, and long-term business strategy to guide all organizational efforts and investment decisions.
  • Lead all fundraising activities, including creating compelling investor narratives and pitch decks, building relationships with venture capital firms and angel investors, and negotiating term sheets.

  • Establish and maintain the company's financial integrity through rigorous budgeting, cash flow management, financial forecasting, and clear reporting to the board and stakeholders.

  • Define and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, overseeing all sales, marketing, and business development initiatives to acquire early adopters and establish a strong brand footprint.
  • Serve as the primary public face and evangelist for the company, representing the vision at industry conferences, in media interviews, and during key client negotiations to build market credibility.
  • Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships, channel agreements, and other commercial contracts that accelerate growth and enhance the core value proposition.
  • Ensure full legal, ethical, and regulatory compliance across all business operations, including corporate governance, intellectual property protection, and data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative customer feedback and market analysis into a prioritized product roadmap, ensuring development efforts are laser-focused on solving real user problems.
  • Design and oversee all core business operations, from customer support and supply chain to internal IT and administrative functions, ensuring they are efficient and scalable.
