Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Develop and meticulously follow detailed maintenance schedules and checklists for all property assets, including pools, spas, water features, tennis courts, and sophisticated outdoor living areas.
Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and specialized contractors; managing scheduling, critically overseeing quality of work, and ensuring strict adherence to project timelines and budgets.
