Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Perform comprehensive skin analyses using visual assessment and client consultation to accurately identify skin conditions, concerns, and contraindications.
- Develop and recommend customized, long-term skincare treatment plans and at-home regimens to help clients achieve their specific skin health goals.
- Expertly administer a wide range of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, masks, and moisturizing, tailored to individual client needs.
- Execute advanced skincare services such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and LED light therapy with precision and safety.
- Provide professional facial and body waxing services, ensuring client comfort while maintaining strict hygienic standards.
- Conduct client consultations for lash and brow services, including tinting, laminations, and lash lifts, delivering results that enhance facial features.
- Educate clients on the benefits of the professional services and products offered, explaining ingredients, application, and expected results clearly.
- Achieve retail sales targets by professionally and ethically recommending appropriate skincare products for clients' at-home use to extend and maintain treatment results.
- Maintain a loyal client base by providing outstanding service, building strong personal relationships, and encouraging rebooking and referrals.
- Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and sterilization, ensuring all tools, equipment, and treatment rooms are cleaned and disinfected according to state board regulations.

Educational Background
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Successful completion of a state-accredited Esthetics or Cosmetology program.
- Valid and current State Esthetician or Cosmetology License.

- Advanced certifications in Medical Esthetics, Laser Hair Removal, Oncology Esthetics, or advanced treatment modalities (e.g., HydraFacial, microneedling).
