Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Conceptualize, design, and implement a wide range of events from start to finish, including conferences, trade shows, corporate meetings, product launches, and virtual/hybrid events.
- Develop comprehensive event project plans, detailed timelines, and operational checklists, ensuring all deadlines and logistical requirements are met with precision.

- Coordinate the entire event registration process, from building registration websites and managing attendee databases to processing payments and handling all participant inquiries.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication plans to drive event attendance and engagement, utilizing email marketing, social media, and PR strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as marketing, sales, and executive teams, to align event goals and messaging with broader company objectives.
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact during events, overseeing setup, execution, and breakdown, and proactively resolving any issues that arise to ensure a seamless experience.
