Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Act as a strategic partner and thought leader to the executive, providing analytical support and data-driven recommendations on key business initiatives.
- Prepare, design, and deliver high-impact presentations, comprehensive reports, and briefing materials for executive leadership team meetings, Board of Directors meetings, and external stakeholder engagements.
- Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of business performance, market trends, and the competitive landscape to generate actionable insights and inform strategic direction.
- Lead and manage critical, cross-functional special projects and strategic initiatives from conception through to successful completion, ensuring alignment with executive priorities and timelines.
- Serve as the primary liaison and communication bridge between the executive's office and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment in all messaging.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and business growth, and develop compelling proposals and business cases to address them.
- Develop, maintain, and refine complex financial models and business intelligence dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support strategic decision-making.
- Synthesize large volumes of information and complex data from various sources into concise, digestible summaries, and narratives for executive review and action.

- Draft and ghostwrite critical internal and external communications, including company-wide announcements, investor updates, and strategic memos, on behalf of the executive.
