Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic plan in collaboration with the board and C-suite, ensuring alignment with mission, vision, and growth targets.
  • Assume full P&L responsibility, overseeing budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize profitability and ensure financial health.
  • Direct and optimize the company's day-to-day operations across all departments, implementing processes and systems that enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Provide inspirational leadership and mentorship to the senior management team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous professional development.
  • Champion major corporate initiatives and transformation projects, from market expansion and M&A integration to digital transformation and organizational restructuring.
  • Act as a primary representative of the organization to major clients, financial partners, government agencies, and the public, building and maintaining critical relationships.
  • Drive business development and revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and overseeing key client negotiations.
  • Establish and enforce company policies and legal/regulatory compliance frameworks to mitigate risk and ensure the highest standards of corporate governance.
  • Lead the annual and quarterly business planning process, setting ambitious yet attainable goals and KPIs for all departments.
