Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Manage an exceptionally active and complex calendar of appointments, ensuring the executive's schedule is optimized, and they are prepared for all engagements.
- Act as the primary gatekeeper and point of contact, screening incoming calls, correspondence, and requests, and determining the appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
- Arrange and coordinate complex and detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visas.
- Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports and manage corporate credit card statements with meticulous accuracy.
- Draft, proofread, and edit high-level communications, including confidential emails, memos, presentations, and reports on behalf of the executive.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics for executive-level meetings, board meetings, off-sites, and company-wide events, from agenda creation to post-meeting follow-ups.
