Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Lead the annual and multi-year corporate strategic planning process, collaborating directly with the CEO and executive team to set enterprise-wide goals and priorities.
- Conduct in-depth, continuous analysis of the market landscape, industry trends, and competitive environment to identify strategic threats and opportunities.
- Develop and evaluate new growth strategies, including market entry, product line extensions, and new business model ideation, building the business case for investment.
- Drive the M&A and strategic partnership pipeline, from target identification and strategic rationale development to due diligence and supporting integration planning.
