Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Develop and execute fan engagement strategies that increase fan loyalty, participation, and brand affinity across digital and in-person channels.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage fan-focused events such as game-day activations, meet-and-greets, watch parties, and community outreach programs.
  • Oversee fan communication across social media, email, mobile apps, and CRM platforms to ensure consistent messaging and timely responses.
  • Manage fan communities by actively engaging with fans, moderating discussions, and fostering positive interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to develop campaigns that resonate with diverse fan segments.
