Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Define, develop, and execute the overarching seasonal and long-term fashion vision for the brand, ensuring it is communicated consistently across all consumer touchpoints.
- Lead the creative concepting and art direction for all major campaigns, photoshoots (e-commerce, editorial, lookbook), and video content, from mood board creation to on-set execution.

- Oversee the end-to-end production process for all creative shoots, including model casting, location scouting, and the selection of photographers, hair stylists, and makeup artists.
- Curate and approve all fashion content for digital platforms, including the company website, email marketing, social media channels, and digital advertising, to ensure a cohesive brand story.
- Manage the substantial fashion and creative budget, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Present seasonal creative strategies, campaign concepts, and results to executive leadership and key stakeholders, effectively articulating the vision and its commercial impact.
- Mentor, lead, and develop the creative team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance environment that encourages creative risk-taking.
