Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Define, develop, and execute the overarching seasonal and long-term fashion vision for the brand, ensuring it is communicated consistently across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Lead the creative concepting and art direction for all major campaigns, photoshoots (e-commerce, editorial, lookbook), and video content, from mood board creation to on-set execution.
  • Act as the brand's primary trend forecaster, conducting in-depth market research, attending fashion weeks, and analyzing cultural shifts to identify key trends, colors, fabrics, and silhouettes relevant to our customer.
  • Collaborate closely with Design and Merchandising teams to influence product development, ensuring the collection aligns with the established creative direction and market opportunities.
  • Direct and manage the in-house styling team, setting the standard for on-figure and still-life styling to create compelling, on-brand, and commercially viable imagery.
  • Oversee the end-to-end production process for all creative shoots, including model casting, location scouting, and the selection of photographers, hair stylists, and makeup artists.
  • Curate and approve all fashion content for digital platforms, including the company website, email marketing, social media channels, and digital advertising, to ensure a cohesive brand story.
  • Manage the substantial fashion and creative budget, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Present seasonal creative strategies, campaign concepts, and results to executive leadership and key stakeholders, effectively articulating the vision and its commercial impact.
  • Mentor, lead, and develop the creative team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance environment that encourages creative risk-taking.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, including photographers, agents, stylists, influencers, and media partners, to enhance brand visibility and access top-tier talent.
  • Partner with the Marketing and PR teams to develop integrated 360-degree campaigns that amplify brand messaging and drive both brand equity and sales.
  • Uphold and evolve brand guidelines, acting as the ultimate guardian of the brand's aesthetic integrity and ensuring all visual output is of the highest caliber.
  • Analyze the performance of creative content and campaigns, using data-driven insights to inform future creative strategies and optimize for engagement and conversion.

  • Oversee the management and organization of the studio sample closet, ensuring it is meticulously maintained and supports all ongoing content needs.
  • Review and approve all fashion copy and editorial content to ensure the tone of voice is consistent with the visual identity of the brand.
