Primary Functions

  • Direct and supervise a multidisciplinary team of federal employees and support contractors, establishing performance standards, conducting evaluations, and fostering professional growth and development.

  • Design and implement robust performance measurement frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs) to rigorously assess program effectiveness, efficiency, and impact.
  • Prepare and deliver high-stakes briefings, detailed analytical reports, and compelling justifications to senior executive leadership, oversight bodies, and other key decision-makers.
  • Lead complex policy analysis on proposed legislation and new regulations, providing expert recommendations to leadership on potential impacts to program operations and strategic direction.
