Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of on-location shoots including scheduling, permits, equipment, and transportation logistics.
  • Work closely with directors, writers, and creative teams to understand storyboards, scripts, and production goals.
  • Scout and assess filming locations to ensure suitability for visual and audio capture.
  • Manage production budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
  • Supervise and coordinate on-site production teams including camera operators, audio technicians, and talent.
