Primary Functions

  • Translate complex research findings into compelling, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for product, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Author detailed research reports, create engaging presentations, and build artifacts like user personas, journey maps, and mental models to communicate findings effectively.
  • Present research results to a wide range of stakeholders, from engineering teams to executive leadership, confidently answering questions and facilitating discussion.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of multiple research projects simultaneously, from initial scoping and budget management to data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including UX designers, product managers, engineers, and marketers to ensure research is aligned with business goals.
  • Act as the voice of the user within the organization, advocating for user-centered design and evidence-based decision-making processes.

  • Ensure the ethical conduct of research, including the management of consent forms, protection of participant privacy, and secure handling of sensitive data.
