Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Cultivate, deepen, and maintain long-term, trusted-advisor relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients, serving as their primary guide for comprehensive financial decision-making.
- Conduct thorough and holistic financial needs analyses to identify client objectives, risk tolerance, and life goals, including retirement funding, education savings, and estate planning.
- Design, construct, and implement sophisticated, customized investment strategies and financial plans that align with the client's unique profile and time horizon.
- Proactively monitor and review client portfolios and global market trends, making strategic and tactical adjustments to optimize performance and mitigate potential risks.
- Clearly and effectively communicate complex financial concepts, investment opportunities, and portfolio performance to clients, ensuring their complete understanding and confidence.
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities through strategic networking, professional referrals, and active community involvement.
- Prepare and deliver compelling, persuasive presentations and financial proposals to prospective and existing clients that clearly articulate a value proposition.
- Advise clients on comprehensive risk management solutions, including life, disability, and long-term care insurance, to protect their wealth and family.
- Guide clients through complex life events, such as inheritance, sale of a business, or retirement, by providing sound, empathetic, and timely financial counsel.

- Stay rigorously current on evolving tax laws, regulatory changes, and economic developments to provide proactive and compliant advice.
- Master and utilize the firm's financial planning software and technology to create detailed projections, scenarios, and reports for clients.
- Provide expert guidance on debt management, cash flow optimization, and budgeting strategies to enhance clients' overall financial health.
- Collaborate seamlessly with clients' other professional advisors, such as CPAs and attorneys, to deliver a cohesive and integrated wealth management experience.
- Develop and execute a personal business plan to meet and exceed asset accumulation, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
Secondary Functions
- Execute ad-hoc financial modeling and data analysis to support complex client queries and internal strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to the refinement of the firm's service offerings and client communication strategies based on market feedback and results.

Education & Experience
Educational Background
Minimum Education:

Experience Requirements
Typical Experience Range: 3-7+ years of direct experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry (e.g., wealth management, financial advisory, private banking).

- Experience managing a significant book of business with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Active and clean FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 & 65) licenses.
