Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions

- Execute compliance-driven processes for KYC/AML, suitability assessments, anti-fraud checks, disclosure requirements, and record retention; escalate compliance concerns to the compliance team as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams β compliance, operations, product specialists, and underwriters β to resolve application issues, secure approvals, and expedite transaction processing.
- Track and report weekly and monthly pipeline metrics, sales activity, conversion rates, and forecasted revenue to sales leadership to enable accurate business planning.
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge by participating in internal product training, certification programs, and continuing education to remain current with market trends and regulatory changes.
- Deliver exceptional client service and retention activities including periodic portfolio reviews, policy/account maintenance, beneficiary updates, and proactive communications to minimize attrition.
