Primary Functions

- Conduct preliminary assessments for jewelry repairs, cleanings, and resizing, liaising effectively with bench jewelers and workshops to ensure timely and high-quality service.
- Assist in creating visually stunning merchandise displays that align with brand directives and seasonal campaigns, ensuring the showroom is always immaculate.
- Perform meticulous daily inventory management, including opening/closing counts, stock reconciliation, and secure handling of all merchandise in accordance with loss prevention policies.
- Proactively resolve client issues or concerns with empathy, discretion, and professionalism, ensuring a positive outcome that reinforces client loyalty.
- Stay continuously informed on industry developments, competitor activities, market trends, and new material/gemstone discoveries to maintain your status as a leading expert.

- Source specific diamonds, gemstones, or finished pieces to fulfill unique client requests, leveraging a network of suppliers and internal resources.
