  • Analyze performance metrics and constructive feedback from coaches, mentors, and judges to identify areas for improvement and strategically adjust training and nutrition plans.
  • Systematically manage the logistics of competing, including travel, accommodation, tanning, and registration for local, national, and international events.
  • Maintain an elite level of physical conditioning and readiness during both competitive seasons and off-seasons through a disciplined lifestyle.
  • Dedicate time to continuous learning, staying current with the latest research in exercise science, sports nutrition, and advanced supplementation.
