Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Conduct comprehensive initial fitness consultations and functional movement screenings to accurately assess clients' physical condition, health history, and specific wellness goals.
- Design, develop, and implement safe, progressive, and highly effective exercise programs tailored to the unique needs, abilities, and preferences of each individual client.

- Build and maintain a robust client portfolio by delivering exceptional service, fostering lasting relationships, and proactively generating referrals and positive reviews.

Required Skills & Competencies
Hard Skills (Technical)
- Personal Training Certification: A current and nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA) is required.
- CPR/AED Certification: Must hold a valid CPR and AED certification.
- Exercise Programming: Proficiency in designing scientifically-sound, progressive, and periodized workout programs for diverse populations, including special populations.
