Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Safely operate a personal or company vehicle to deliver food orders from restaurant partners to customer locations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Utilize a proprietary smartphone application to receive order assignments, navigate using GPS, and update delivery status in real-time.
- Meticulously verify order accuracy, checking that all food items, beverages, condiments, and special requests are correct before leaving the restaurant.

- Communicate proactively with customers regarding their order status, providing accurate ETAs and notifying them of any unforeseen delays.

- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies to ensure the safety of yourself and the public.
- Follow all customer-provided delivery instructions with precision, including requests for contact-free delivery, specific drop-off locations, or gate codes.
- Manage and process customer payments securely and accurately when required, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and confirming in-app payments.
- Efficiently manage a queue of multiple orders during peak service hours, optimizing routes to maintain on-time performance and service quality.
