Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Set up and break down a professional and eye-catching demonstration cart or table, ensuring all marketing materials and products are displayed according to brand standards.
- Expertly prepare and present food and beverage samples using equipment like microwaves, induction cooktops, or blenders, while adhering to the highest food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Proactively engage with shoppers in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner to attract them to the demonstration and create a positive brand interaction.
- Articulately communicate product features, benefits, ingredients, and usage suggestions to customers, answering their questions with confidence and accuracy.
- Drive sales by effectively converting interested customers into purchasers, often guiding them to the product's location on the store shelf.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station throughout the entire demonstration, ensuring compliance with both store and health department regulations.
- Manage on-site inventory of products and supplies, ensuring you are adequately stocked for the duration of the event and communicating any shortages.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with store managers and department staff to ensure seamless event execution and future opportunities.
- Memorize and deliver key brand talking points and promotional messaging to ensure consistent and effective communication with consumers.
