- Navigate effectively using smartphone GPS applications (e.g., Google Maps, Waze) to determine the most efficient routes and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
- Provide exceptional, five-star customer service during every interaction, delivering orders with a positive, professional, and friendly attitude.
- Meticulously verify order accuracy upon pickup at the restaurant, ensuring all items, beverages, condiments, and utensils are present and correctly packaged before leaving.
- Handle all food and beverage items with care, utilizing insulated delivery bags to maintain optimal food temperature and quality throughout the transportation process.
- Communicate proactively and clearly with customers via the app regarding their order status, estimated arrival time, and any unforeseen delays.
- Follow specific customer delivery instructions with precision, including protocols for "contactless delivery," "leave at door," or "hand to me" requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor delivery challenges on the spot, such as difficulty finding a location, navigating apartment complexes, or clarifying drop-off points with the customer.

- Ensure your smartphone is consistently charged, has a stable data connection, and is in good working order during your delivery shifts to avoid service interruptions.
