Primary Functions
- Provide exceptional, friendly, and efficient customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for patrons and positively representing the brand.

- Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the entire vending station, including cooking equipment, service counters, signage, and condiment stations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of food, beverages, and paper goods throughout a shift, communicating restocking needs to the lead or manager promptly.
- Perform light cooking and food assembly duties, such as grilling, frying, or chopping, ensuring all products meet our quality and consistency standards.
- Efficiently package food orders for take-away, ensuring items are secure, correctly assembled, and presented professionally to the customer.
- Proactively manage customer queues during peak hours, working with a sense of urgency to minimize wait times while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns gracefully and effectively, escalating issues to a supervisor when necessary to ensure full satisfaction.

- Execute daily opening and closing procedures, including cash drawer reconciliation, equipment shutdown, and securing the vendor station for the end of the day.
