Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Manage the full franchise sales lifecycle, from lead generation and initial contact to qualification, due diligence, and the successful execution of franchise agreements.
- Proactively respond to, qualify, and nurture all inbound franchise inquiries, providing timely and professional follow-up to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed franchise recruitment targets and expansion goals in designated territories.
- Guide prospective franchise candidates through a comprehensive and consultative discovery process, ensuring they fully understand the brand, business model, and financial requirements.
- Conduct compelling and informative presentations, webinars, and one-on-one meetings to showcase the franchise opportunity to prospective partners.
- Skillfully negotiate terms and facilitate the signing of franchise agreements, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
- Meticulously maintain and update the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, FranConnect) with all candidate interactions, activities, and pipeline statuses.
- Represent the brand professionally at industry trade shows, franchise expos, and networking events to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and refine lead generation strategies, campaigns, and collateral for franchisee recruitment.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on candidates to assess their financial qualifications and overall suitability for franchise ownership.
- Ensure strict compliance with all federal and state regulations, including the proper disclosure and management of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
- Build and cultivate strong, lasting relationships with a network of franchise brokers, consultants, and other referral sources to drive qualified leads.
- Prepare and present regular, detailed reports on sales pipeline activity, conversion rates, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all franchisee candidate questions, providing expert guidance on topics ranging from real estate to financing and operations.
- Plan and facilitate "Discovery Day" events for highly qualified candidates, providing an immersive experience at the corporate headquarters.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate potential franchise partners to ensure their business acumen, passion, and values align with the brand's culture and vision.
- Assist qualified candidates in navigating the process of securing financing for their franchise investment by connecting them with preferred lending partners.
- Perform detailed territory analysis and market planning to identify and prioritize key areas for strategic franchise expansion.
