Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of front-end associates, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Drive sales and profitability by leading the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, and by promoting loyalty programs and special promotions.
- Act as the Manager on Duty, overseeing all store operations in the absence of senior management, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and facility security.
- Champion an exceptional customer service culture by modeling desired behaviors, empowering staff to resolve issues, and handling escalated customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage front-end scheduling to ensure optimal staffing levels that align with customer traffic patterns and payroll budgets.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, including till management, bank deposits, and change orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all financial policies.
- Direct the execution of merchandising strategies, ensuring displays are visually appealing, fully stocked, and compliant with company planograms and promotional guidelines.
