Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive, multi-year fundraising strategy to secure financial resources from individuals, foundations, and corporations.
- Design and execute innovative, multi-channel fundraising campaigns, including annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, and capital campaigns, to meet and exceed revenue goals.

- Prepare regular, detailed reports on fundraising progress for the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
- Train and mentor junior development staff, volunteers, and board members on fundraising best practices, empowering them to be effective ambassadors for the organization.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with corporate sponsors, developing customized sponsorship packages that provide mutual value and align with their corporate social responsibility goals.
- Evaluate and refine internal fundraising processes and systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and the overall donor experience.
