Primary Functions
- Oversee the entire game development lifecycle, from initial concept and prototyping through to production, launch, live operations, and eventual sunsetting, ensuring a cohesive and well-managed process.
- Develop, own, and meticulously maintain the project's master roadmap, production schedules, and detailed sprint plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations.

- Champion the chosen development methodology (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban), ensuring its principles are consistently applied and adapted to the team's specific needs to maximize efficiency.
- Work closely with department leads to manage team resources and assignments, ensuring that talent is allocated effectively and workloads are balanced.
- Establish and maintain a clear, structured system for tracking tasks, bugs, and team progress using project management tools like Jira or Hansoft.
