Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to evaluate symptoms and diagnose a wide spectrum of gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary disorders.

Skillfully perform interventions during endoscopic examinations, including polypectomies, biopsies, foreign body removal, and hemostasis, ensuring patient safety and procedural efficacy.
Manage acute gastrointestinal emergencies, including upper and lower GI bleeds, biliary obstructions, and esophageal food impactions, often in a time-sensitive, on-call environment.
