Primary Functions

  • Assemble and package food orders with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, performing a final quality check to verify contents before presenting them to the customer.
  • Operate a range of kitchen and service equipment, such as grills, fryers, ovens, and beverage dispensers, in a safe and efficient manner that complies with all company and safety protocols.
  • Proactively maintain the cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the dining area, including wiping tables, sweeping floors, stocking condiment stations, and managing trash receptacles.
  • Execute a rigorous cleaning schedule for the kitchen, food preparation surfaces, and service areas to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
  • Continuously monitor and restock all service stations, display cases, and inventory storage areas throughout a shift to ensure supplies are readily available for the team and guests.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with fellow team members and management to coordinate orders, manage workflow during peak hours, and ensure a smooth, efficient operation.
  • Strictly adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations as mandated by health authorities and company policy, including proper handwashing, temperature logging, and cross-contamination prevention.
  • Professionally address and resolve customer concerns and complaints with courtesy and empathy, escalating complex issues to a manager to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
  • Assist with daily and weekly inventory management by participating in stock counts, rotating products (FIFO), and promptly notifying management of low-stock items.
  • Follow all cash handling protocols and security procedures meticulously to minimize discrepancies, prevent loss, and protect company assets.
