Primary Functions

  • Skillfully create a wide array of bows, from simple and elegant loops to complex, multi-ribbon creations, selecting materials that complement the paper and the gift itself.
  • Maintain an impeccable and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are readily accessible and the station reflects the brand's commitment to quality and tidiness.
  • Manage and curate an extensive inventory of wrapping supplies, including paper, ribbons, boxes, tissue, gift tags, and embellishments, to ensure a broad selection is always available.
  • Conduct regular stock checks of all gifting materials and proactively process reorders to prevent shortages, especially in anticipation of peak seasons like holidays and special events.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of color theory, patterns, and textures to guide clients in selecting harmonious and aesthetically pleasing combinations of materials.
  • Introduce and incorporate unique, value-adding embellishments such as wax seals, fresh or dried botanicals, custom-printed ribbons, and personalized tags.
  • Uphold the brand's specific aesthetic and presentation standards in every gift wrapped, ensuring consistency and reinforcing the brand identity.
  • Efficiently manage a queue of gift-wrapping requests, accurately estimating completion times and communicating clearly with customers to manage expectations during busy periods.
  • Handle and process transactions for gift-wrapping services using the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring accuracy in billing and payment.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in gift styling, packaging, and interior design to continually bring fresh and innovative ideas to the role.
  • Assemble and prepare pre-packaged gift baskets and sets, arranging products in a visually appealing manner that is both secure for transport and attractive to the customer.
