Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Meticulously assemble diverse gift components according to detailed work orders, technical drawings, and assembly diagrams to ensure product integrity and consistency.
Operate a variety of specialized production equipment, such as laser engravers, 3D printers, die-cutting machines, and heat presses, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Execute delicate hand-finishing tasks, which may include painting, polishing, sewing, soldering, or applying adhesives, requiring excellent manual dexterity.
Interpret customer-specific personalization requests and accurately apply customization using techniques like engraving, embroidery, or digital printing.
Prepare, measure, and cut raw materials (e.g., wood, fabric, acrylic, metal) to precise specifications using both manual and automated tools.
Set up, calibrate, and perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize production downtime.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all company safety protocols and 5S/lean manufacturing principles.
Accurately document and track production output, material usage, and scrap rates using our internal tracking systems or production logs.

Secondary Functions
