Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Develop, own, and execute a comprehensive and cohesive global marketing strategy that aligns with the company's strategic objectives for revenue growth, market penetration, and brand recognition.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing, geographically dispersed marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
  • Hold full accountability for the global marketing budget, including planning, allocation, forecasting, and ensuring a demonstrable return on investment (ROI).
  • Drive the global brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging, positioning, and brand experience across all international markets and customer touchpoints.
  • Partner with regional marketing and sales leaders to localize and adapt global campaigns, ensuring cultural relevance and maximum impact in diverse markets.
  • Oversee the entire customer acquisition funnel, from top-of-funnel awareness and demand generation to lead nurturing, conversion, and customer advocacy programs.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics frameworks to rigorously measure campaign performance, channel effectiveness, and contribution to the sales pipeline.
  • Spearhead the global digital marketing ecosystem, including strategy and oversight for SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and web properties.
  • Direct the creation and execution of a world-class content marketing strategy that positions the company as a thought leader and effectively engages target audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Product Management teams to develop and launch powerful go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products and features.
  • Build and maintain strong alignment with Sales leadership to ensure seamless lead handoffs, consistent feedback loops, and shared revenue goals.
  • Serve as a key representative of the marketing function to the executive leadership team, board of directors, and other key stakeholders, providing regular, insightful reports on performance and strategy.
  • Champion the use of data and analytics to inform all marketing decisions, fostering a test-and-learn environment to continuously optimize programs and tactics.
  • Manage the global marketing technology (MarTech) stack, leading the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new tools to enhance efficiency and capabilities.
  • Direct global public relations (PR) and corporate communications strategies to build brand equity, manage reputation, and secure positive media coverage.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive intelligence, and customer segmentation analysis to identify emerging trends, new market opportunities, and potential threats.
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of large-scale brand awareness campaigns, including integrated advertising, sponsorships, and flagship events.
  • Establish global best practices for marketing operations, including lead scoring, database management, and marketing automation workflows.
