Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Own and articulate the global product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap, securing buy-in from executive leadership and regional stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive and continuous market research, including competitor analysis, customer interviews, and trend monitoring across all key international regions to identify unmet needs and market opportunities.
- Define and prioritize product features and capabilities by synthesizing insights from global customer feedback, quantitative data, and strategic business objectives.
- Author high-quality product requirement documents (PRDs), epics, and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria to guide the work of cross-functional Agile development teams.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from initial concept and business case creation through to development, global launch, iterative improvement, and eventual end-of-life.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, and Program Management teams to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time and on budget.
- Develop and execute comprehensive global go-to-market (GTM) strategies in partnership with regional Product Marketing, Sales, and PR teams.
- Establish global pricing frameworks and strategies that can be adapted to local market conditions, competitive pressures, and currency fluctuations.

- Create and maintain detailed business cases for new product investments, including revenue forecasting, P&L analysis, and resource planning.
- Drive the process for collecting and synthesizing product feedback from all channels, including sales teams, customer support, and direct client engagement.
- Facilitate regular product roadmap reviews and strategy sessions with the executive team to ensure alignment with broader company objectives.
