Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop, track, and analyze program performance metrics, cost models, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple global regions to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including detailed project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, and decision registers.

- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations by delivering regular, transparent, and concise updates on program milestones, deliverables, and potential roadblocks.
- Assist in the development, standardization, and rollout of global program management processes, best-practice templates, and governance frameworks.
- Coordinate and lead global program meetings, steering committees, and workshops, ensuring clear agendas, documented action items, and diligent follow-up.
