Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Develop, track, and analyze program performance metrics, cost models, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple global regions to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including detailed project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, and decision registers.
  • Facilitate seamless cross-functional collaboration and communication between global teams, regional stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure program alignment.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis using SQL and BI tools to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making for global initiatives.
  • Support the end-to-end program lifecycle, from initial ideation and requirements gathering through to execution, monitoring, and successful closure.
  • Design, build, and automate interactive dashboards and reporting mechanisms using tools like Tableau or Power BI to provide real-time visibility into program health and progress.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations by delivering regular, transparent, and concise updates on program milestones, deliverables, and potential roadblocks.
  • Assist in the development, standardization, and rollout of global program management processes, best-practice templates, and governance frameworks.
  • Coordinate and lead global program meetings, steering committees, and workshops, ensuring clear agendas, documented action items, and diligent follow-up.
  • Perform rigorous financial analysis, budget tracking, and forecasting for global programs, ensuring adherence to financial targets and reporting variances.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks and issues, developing robust contingency plans to safeguard program delivery timelines and objectives.
  • Translate complex business requirements from diverse international stakeholders into clear, actionable technical specifications and project tasks for delivery teams.
  • Conduct post-program reviews and "lessons learned" sessions to capture valuable insights and drive continuous improvement in future program execution.
  • Support the global portfolio management process by providing data-driven analysis to aid in program prioritization, resource planning, and strategic alignment.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and data-driven narratives to communicate program strategy, status, and business impact to senior and executive leadership.
  • Serve as a central point of contact and subject matter expert for program-related inquiries from various global departments, providing timely and accurate information.

  • Champion the adoption of new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance program management efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

  • Advanced Excel: Mastery of Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, VLOOKUP/INDEX(MATCH), and experience with macros for data modeling and analysis.
  • Project Management Software: Hands-on experience with project and program management tools like Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis principles within a project or program context.
