Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Spearhead the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale global programs, from initial ideation and business case development through to execution, delivery, and post-launch analysis.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive program strategy, clearly defining scope, goals, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with overarching business objectives.
  • Orchestrate and lead geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams (including engineering, marketing, sales, legal, and operations) ensuring cohesive collaboration and unified effort.
  • Create, manage, and meticulously track integrated program plans, timelines, and milestones, proactively adjusting for risks and changing priorities across different time zones.
  • Assume full ownership of the program budget, including forecasting, allocation, tracking, and reporting, ensuring financial discipline and optimal resource utilization.
  • Systematically identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies, developing robust contingency plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Serve as the primary communication conduit, providing clear, concise, and regular updates on program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership, executive sponsors, and all stakeholders.
  • Champion global consistency and process standardization where appropriate, while also recognizing and adapting to local market needs and cultural nuances.
  • Direct and manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and suppliers, ensuring they meet contractual obligations, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Design and facilitate high-impact global workshops, planning sessions, and governance meetings to drive alignment, decision-making, and issue resolution.
  • Implement and govern robust change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new products, systems, or processes resulting from the program.
  • Act as a key decision-maker and escalation point, adeptly resolving conflicts and removing roadblocks to keep the program on track.
  • Establish and enforce a clear program governance framework, defining roles, responsibilities, and decision-making authority for all program participants.
  • Conduct thorough post-program reviews and retrospectives to capture lessons learned and champion a culture of continuous improvement within the program management practice.
  • Drive the definition of program success metrics and establish a system for tracking and reporting on performance, value realization, and overall impact.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering talent development and promoting best practices in project and program management.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures and build influential relationships with key leaders across regions to secure buy-in and resources.

Educational Background

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Experience Requirements
