Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Greet and welcome all members and guests upon arrival with a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm, serving as the first point of contact for their golf experience.
- Assist players by unloading golf bags from their vehicles and loading them onto their assigned golf carts, confirming player names and tee times.
- Prepare and stage the golf cart fleet each morning, ensuring each cart is clean, fully charged, and properly stocked with scorecards, pencils, towels, and sand bottles.
- Provide detailed explanations to players regarding the cart's GPS system, course rules, and any specific daily conditions or notices.
- Meticulously clean members' and guests' golf clubs upon completion of play to ensure they are in pristine condition for their next round or for storage.
- Manage the bag drop area to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of traffic.
- Maintain the driving range and practice facilities by retrieving and cleaning range balls, setting up hitting stations, and ensuring an adequate supply of balls for players.
- Regularly patrol the golf course to provide on-course assistance, replenish water in coolers, and offer support to players as needed.
- Execute the breakdown and cleaning of the entire golf cart fleet at the end of the day, returning carts to the storage facility for charging and security.
- Identify, document, and report any golf cart damage, mechanical issues, or safety concerns to the maintenance team or supervisor immediately.
- Communicate effectively with the Pro Shop, Starter, and Marshals via radio to manage tee time transitions and monitor the pace of play.
- Provide accurate information to guests regarding course layout, yardage, and local rules, enhancing their on-course strategy and enjoyment.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of golf tournaments and corporate outings, including setting up specialized cart signs, scorecards, and prize presentations.
- Politely enforce club policies and dress code to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for all patrons.
- Manage the club storage system, ensuring the accurate and secure storage of member bags and their timely retrieval upon request.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs, such as offering a cold towel on a hot day or providing directions to other club amenities.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all outside service areas, including the cart staging area, bag room, and practice facilities.
- Develop a strong knowledge of club services, events, and amenities to serve as a helpful resource for all member and guest inquiries.
- Provide transportation for members and guests from the parking lot to the clubhouse or first tee when necessary.
- Build positive relationships with members and guests, addressing them by name whenever possible to create a personalized and welcoming atmosphere.

Educational Background
Minimum Education:
