Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Perform comprehensive diagnostic tests on golf carts to accurately identify mechanical, electrical, and performance issues.
Execute a full range of repairs on electric and gasoline-powered carts, addressing issues with engines, motors, controllers, batteries, and drivetrains.
Conduct routine and preventative maintenance, including battery watering and testing, brake adjustments, tire inspections, and lubrication to maximize fleet uptime.
Manage and maintain the entire battery fleet, including charging cycles, terminal cleaning, rotation, and replacement to extend battery life and ensure reliability.
Respond with urgency to on-course service calls to troubleshoot and perform field repairs on malfunctioning carts, minimizing disruption to play.
Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all service, repairs, and preventative maintenance performed on each cart using a fleet management system.
Manage the inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies, anticipating needs and placing orders to ensure parts are available for timely repairs.
Perform thorough safety and quality control inspections on all carts before daily use to ensure they meet operational standards and are safe for guests.
Assemble and perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new fleet vehicles, ensuring they are correctly configured and ready for service.

Secondary Functions
