Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Deliver high-quality one-on-one and group lessons that use evidence-based teaching methods to produce measurable improvement in swing mechanics, shot accuracy, distance control, short game and putting for players of all skill levels.
- Create personalized, progressive lesson plans and multi-week development programs that set measurable goals, outline practice drills, and specify performance metrics to track student progress over time.

- Lead junior development programs and camps that focus on fundamentals, long-term athletic development, etiquette and competitive preparation; recruit, retain and communicate with parents to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Provide on-course instruction focused on course management, shot selection, rules, and mental strategies; coach players during practice rounds and tournament play to improve scoring and decision-making.
- Design and deliver adult clinics, corporate outings, and specialty workshops (short game bootcamps, putting labs, mental skills seminars) to broaden reach and generate additional revenue streams.
- Offer club fitting consultations and coordinate with pro shop staff to recommend club specifications, loft/lie adjustments, shaft selection and grip recommendations that optimize performance for each player.
- Manage lesson scheduling, billing, lesson documentation, and CRM inputs; maintain up-to-date records of student progress, session notes and follow-up plans to ensure continuity and growth.
- Build and execute marketing plans for instruction programs β digital presence, email campaigns, social media content, on-site signage, and partnerships β to attract new students and grow lesson revenue.
- Coach tournament players through pre-event preparation, travel logistics, warm-up protocols and in-competition coaching; review post-event performance data to refine future training.
- Develop and implement measurable junior pathway programs that identify, nurture and fast-track talented juniors into elite regional or national competition pipelines.
- Train, mentor and supervise assistant coaches, interns and seasonal instructors; provide curriculum, coaching standards and feedback to maintain consistent teaching quality across the program.
- Integrate fitness and mobility programming (in coordination with fitness professionals) into player development plans to improve power, endurance, and injury prevention specific to the golf swing.

- Prepare and manage annual instructional budgets, program pricing, payroll for instructional staff and vendor relationships related to coaching services and technology.
- Partner with facility management, pro shop and operations teams to schedule tee-time priorities, reserve practice areas for clinics and coordinate logistics for events and tournaments.
- Create and distribute regular performance reports, progress updates and highlight reels to students and parents to demonstrate value, accountability and ROI of coaching services.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders (schools, clubs, community programs) to expand outreach, create scholarship or sponsored programs and host talent ID days to attract new students.

Educational Background
Minimum Education:
