Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Welcome and greet all members and guests with a positive and professional demeanor, setting the tone for their entire golf experience.
- Expertly assist customers with merchandise selections, providing detailed product knowledge on golf equipment, apparel, and accessories to drive sales.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Manage the tee sheet and reservation system with precision, booking tee times, checking in golfers, and coordinating play to optimize course flow.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries about tee times, course conditions, products, and services.

- Ensure the golf shop is visually appealing at all times by creating attractive merchandise displays, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
- Assist in receiving, pricing, and ticketing new inventory, ensuring all merchandise is accounted for and displayed in a timely manner.
- Provide information on club events, tournaments, and golf instruction programs, actively promoting participation to members and guests.
